What Is Raised Printing (Thermography)?
The specialist process that makes us different from every other print shop in the area.
1. Print
Your design is printed with special slow-drying ink — the wet surface is critical for the next step.
2. Powder
A fine thermographic powder is dusted over the wet ink. It sticks only where the ink is, then excess is vacuumed away.
3. Heat
The sheet passes through an oven that melts and fuses the powder, causing it to rise and harden into a smooth, raised surface.
The result: text and graphics that are physically raised off the paper — a finish you can see and feel. Perfect for business cards, letterheads, invitations, and any print piece where you want to make a tactile impression.
